We first learned about The Pot's company last fall, a good friend of ours who is a contractor recommended them for a big project (new furnace with new vents, pipes, ducts, the whole nine yards ) our home is an older farm and we needed someone that would not make a mess and would understand the complexity of the building ... from the get go we were giving straight forward answers and prices, they cleaned every single room they worked on, and from basement to second floor the job was done in about two weeks (whole new system installed, holes covered, etc etc ) ... then two days ago, our water heater basically exploded, we called them, explained the situation and today by 1 pm the whole project (water heater, new water softener and new power vent ) where finished and ready to go ... Long long story here, but as a family taking on and remodeling a farm on a budget, it is a blessing to have a solid contractor, honest and that gets stuff done. We will keep contracting them for the years to come no question about it !!

Very impressed with Dustin. He was able to fix our furnace the same day we called in spite of a large workload. Rates are very reasonable. Responded immediately to a follow up call we had. Definitely will use again and highly recommend.

I was approved for weatherization in waterloo and pots plumbing called to set up a time to come and start working. Dustin the owner came and was very personable and worked all day to get things out and back in. I just found out they have financing and will be checking into that for my central air unit. Very professional.

Dustin is a responsible young man and knows his stuff very pleased with the quality of work he did on putting in our new furnace and explained everything. He didn't leave the job till everything was picked up and made sure the furnace was working properly prior to leaving. Pot's Plumbing and heating will be the ones I call when work needs to be done. Very professional company

Our shower head was leaking into our wall. Pots fixed the piping and dry walled for us in a timely manner. They were kind and clean. We had a great experience and will use their services in the future.

Pots is the best!! Dustin put in my furnace a few years ago and did an awesome job. I called him on a leaking water heater and he got the job done the same day after another Iowa falls company gave me the runaround for a week. I will use Pots for everything. He's been there when we needed him!
